Refund Policy

Coaching

Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of 1:1 coaching and the digital resources provided, all sales are final and non-refundable once the coaching program has begun.

 

We believe in the value and results of this mentorship, which is why we only work with committed individuals ready to take action. That said, we understand that unexpected life situations may arise.

 

Refunds may only be considered under the following strict conditions:

 

• A formal request must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

• You must not have attended more than one call or accessed over 25% of the program materials (videos, templates, modules, etc.).

• You must provide evidence of completed work: including your onboarding form, goal worksheet, and any exercises assigned in Week 1.

• Refund requests will not be considered due to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, lack of motivation, or personal financial limitations.

• No refunds will be granted after the first coaching session has been completed unless there is a documented medical or emergency situation (proof will be required).

 

 

All approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may take up to 14 business days to process. A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
